Why we plan to roast to order

Roasted-to-order means each bag is roasted after you place your order, not before. Coffee aroma fades fastest in the first days after roasting, so the plan is simple: roast, label, and ship each bag as soon as it is ordered.

We design every label in-house. Once our roasting partner is approved, they print it and put it on the bag. You always know what you're buying.
